At Elevated Faith Wearhouse, we understand that plans change. This policy explains how cancellations work for all purchase options, including one-time orders, preorders, and subscription-based purchases (if applicable).

🛒 1. One-Time Purchases

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not begun processing or shipped.

If your order has already entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to be handled through our Return Policy.

⏳ 2. Preorders

Preorders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, preorders are locked in and cannot be canceled, as inventory is reserved specifically for your order.

If the item arrives and you no longer want it, you may follow our standard return process.

💸 4. Payment Plan Purchases (Shop Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, etc.)

If you selected a payment plan option:

The order can only be canceled if it has not begun processing
Payment plan agreements are handled directly by the provider (Afterpay, Klarna, Shop Pay Installments, etc.)
Elevated Faith Wearhouse cannot modify or cancel payment plan contracts

Please contact your payment provider directly for billing concerns.

📦 5. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you no longer want the item, you may submit a return once the package has been delivered.
